My stay at the hotel in Phuket was a good and new experience. The rooms were of adequate size and good value for money. However, the issue with the phone and Wi-Fi affected my communication during the stay.

The hotel is ideally situated in the old town of Phuket, offering a great location for exploring the area. The rooms, although a bit grotty with some maintenance issues, have generously sized showers. The service was a mix of very friendly and helpful staff alongside a few inattentive members. The dining options were below expectations but redeemed slightly by a lovely restaurant on the top floor. The gorgeous pool and proximate position to local attractions make up for some shortcomings.
